Warranty and Return Policy for IT Staffing Services
DBA Akshar Staffing, as a Successful Respondent under the DIR ITSAC contract, will adhere to its then-current published policies concerning service quality assurance and engagement guarantees. These policies ensure fair and equitable treatment of all DIR Customers and will not be more restrictive or more costly than the policies applied to other similarly situated commercial clients receiving comparable staffing services. Any warranty or service remediation process will be handled promptly and professionally in accordance with the agreed service levels and terms outlined in the engagement.
